The roommate-situation-from-hell that turned into an okay-but-not-what-we-hoped-for roommate situation just turned into the Best Possible Roommate Situation Ever.
Canela and her friend, who have been trying to go through the bureaucracy that was necessary to be roommates for over three months, were given a room together today.
AND it was a snow day, so they had all day to move their stuff.
However, Canela and said friend have been listening to the Rent soundtrack obsessively and may just drag their air mattresses and oriental rug to an abandoned loft in New York to pursue a career as starving artists. It's all good.
