For some reason, I'm feeling really apathetic (and angsty when I'm not apathetic) and add/adhd.
But, next week I get to go to a debate tournament! The opening one for open season. And everything is filed and I am sooo ready.
I also stayed up last night to watch Payback, a really great movie.

Poor David, with apathy. Hope that turns out okay. Good luck with the debate tournament, unless it's already happened!
Yesterday was probably one of the best Sundays in my life, but that's not much-- I always hate Sundays. I got to go to the Grape Festival (pathetic, I know), shout at passer-by to "repent, sinners!" and picked out new CDs with friends.
And, of course, got melty mints.
Douglas Adams always mentioned that Sundays had a tendancy to be the "long dark teatime of the soul," and he was so right. Is the secret to combating this to just keep busy? Huh.
Also a brilliant weekend 'cause I got to read a chapter of something I'd been pining for for two weeks. <3
So, how was everyone's weekend?

Well, Seashah spent Friday night at my house, then on Saturday we went and stayed at the mall like... All day. She got me my Christmas preasent, which is an electronic skunk that I dubbed Beethoven La Skunk the Third. I also got copper hoop earrings, and a ring and anklet set.
Sunday I actually HAD PRACTICE. And there were ACTUALLY PEOPLE THERE. And I ACTUALLY GOT TO FIGHT. YAY!!! It was like... So mad crazy fun. Mr. Darrel gave me a blue, catnip mouse, that smells really really pretty!!! *beams*

I'm sorry, Furball. *hugs*
I was struck by apathy and didn't go to school Friday, and then had to have dinner with my grandmother. I know it's not nice, but I always feel the urge to go into the bathroom halfway during dinner and scream with laughter.
Peh.

"Full of disapointment, but I'm happy about at least one thing." Furball said.

Why the laughter?

You'd have to meet our grandmother to understand.

Indeed.
We had an awesome gig today-- it so made up for last weeks. Our set went well, it didn't rain, I met a bagpiper I could barely understand but thought was infinitly cool, and might have found a fiddle teacher. Whoot.
And I had ice-cream cake. Yay?
How were Sundays in general, y'all?

"My little brother and I dug up Star Wars Battlefront, and using this code we found online, made all the troops the size of ewoks. It was hard, hilarious, and we got yelled at for staying up until three."

Wonderful, Furball! Sounds great, bwaha.
I had a fun day at school, acting deeply insane. Because of me, half the school will now be whistling 'Scotland the Brave' without knowing it. I also taught (or tried to, they weren't very willing) my gym class the Moose Song. It was a repeat song, but they weren't very keen on it. Oh well.
I spent a good five minutes laughing on the way to lunch. At nothing. It was wonderful.

*sigh* These last two weeks have been back and forth, but this week is seeming to look up. Me and my partner went 3-2 in the tourny last weekend. That, and this weekend is our Fall Homecoming! (and I have a date! yay!) Sounds like everyone else is having an okay time too.

"I overheard my parents talking about me and my phobia of not spending money on clothes." Furball said. "It was rather funny, especially when my little sister (who is nine, I might add) showed me a picture she had drawn of me where she had spelled my name wrong and had spelled 'duh' and 'stupid' wrong too. It was adorable."

Awwww. Cyoot.
Yay, congratulations, David! Hope Homecoming is grood.
I've been feeling like a loser, since I have no one to go with. Stupid poop of social expectations. Bah.
