^^ Well...I'm happy to be back. Lesse...I got my license finally, so now I get to be an errand-girl for my mom...ah...I gots a cellphone (but I think that was already known)...and...ah...^^ I'm...back...?
I didna so much really care about POTC2 because it was only half of a movie and therefore really can't be judged. Personally, the bestest movies I've seen in a while are Stranger Than Fiction and Thank You For Smoking. Reaaaaal good stuff. [/obsessive rant] ^^ Being quiet now.

Stranger Than Fiction was very good. And it had music by Spoon in it, so the music snob in me was happy.

Stranger Than Fiction was one of the few movies I've managed to sit through lately. From me, with my crazily short attention span, this is high praise.
Yay, Furball is back!
I'm happy because I just totally skipped prom and went and played fiddle all weekend with a hundred or so other musicians in the mountains of Pennsylvania. And, as always, it was AWESOME. Beat that, school dance!

That's cool as whales Coconut.
..and I didn't like Pirates 3.

I've heard tell that if one didn't like Pirates 2, Pirates 3 would be a disappointment as well. Truth in this? Who knows.
I'm happy because I spent about six hours last night sewing (and, when I did something stupid, un-sewing) myself a faintly medieval dress. And for someone who hasn't really sewn anything other than doll clothes when she was five, it looks pretty cool.
Squee. My garb collection now contains a serape, a tunic, and a completely impractical gown. Bwaha! ...I need to make more.

*Grin* TEO's dress is teh awesome. Some of you will see it soon. You will be mad impressed, I'm sure.
I made a rather nice red dress for myself by modifying a basic tunic pattern. And my boyfriend keeps raving about the dress he plans to sew for me for Ragnarok. I am excited. He sews well. And he knows how to use a sewing machine, which I do not.

Yay pictures!
I got a wood bowl today, and we went shopping for Ragnarok and generally messed around in the cool part of Buffalo. There're only two days left, and then it's the END OF THE WORLD. (With foam weapons.)
I'm terribly excited, if you cannot tell.

Aww, Skiv. It's probably not going to make you feel any better, but Rag was awesome. Come next year and we can hang out and not beatbox together. (Apparently girls cannot beatbox. Huh.)
Southerners, y'all are awesome people, and I'd just like to thank you again for having me. And thanks for the raccoon, Robyn! I was delightfully puzzled. I hope Greyglade had a safe trip home.
And now, TEO is off to camp!

Possibly permanently.
