It's opening day at Fenway Park. Canela is not a baseball fan, but her roommate is obsessed with the Red Sox and Canela has consequently become a Red Sox fan by adoption. She is wearing a borrowed Red Sox shirt and baseball cap and is going to help her roommate celebrate by walking around all day blasting the Dropkick Murphy's song 'Tessie' from a set of iPod speakers in between classes.
I mean, the campus already knows us as the girls who do that with Deerhoof's 'Panda Panda Panda' Might as well mix it up a bit.

........and.......I have a Skiv who understands what I'm trying to say. Even when I'm illustrating with markers on bright pink paper. And I just wanted to let y'all know how much you mean to me. Though I haven't actually MET about half of you, you still mean a lot to me. And I wanted you to know that cause I'm in a particularly sappy mood but this shouldn't go in the not so random sadness board. Cause it isn't meant to be sad. So be happy! Have a wonderful life! I think my friend and I found the remnents of a slave garden from when our school was a plantation 200-odd years ago in the woods yesterday. It was exciting.
