I sprained my ankle on Sunday. It's not so bad anymore, I can walk without crutches (even though I'm not supposed to, really) but the crutches themselves have made my arms so stiff... Ouch.

My friend died, I didn't know her that well, but I still liked her, and she flipped her car into a ditch full of water and couldn't get out.
