How did you guy's make your little images your avatars? I'd do that for mine, (since it is so very, very pimp) but I am not 'teh genuis with teh mad haxxorz skillz'.

It's easy. Just take the picture and cut it so it is about 100x95 or something like that. Then you upload it to some image host like image shack. Then stick it in like an avatar.
