Purkey and tooding to all! I have retuned from the not good heck of... My grandma's... *cries*

She promise to take me to the library at least twice, so I wouldn't miss too much, but she was too busy with her stupid boyfreind! Idiotic old gezer can't get himself outta bed GD has been!!!!!!!! I have not had a good time.

I'm baptist, and baptized, but I'm not exactly the family prays at the dinner table type. But grandma realy wanted to go to church, so that's how it started. Then her boyfreind (Lanzo, who used to be a preacher, and whom I REALY do not like) got up there to preach. I was fine untill he said that all people who dress goth are evil deciples of the devil, and are going to heck. And yet, almost all of my goth freinds at school, are part of their youth group, and pray at lunch, before eating. Now, it took eveything I had not the march out of there, right that second, but I stayed long eough to here one more thing, that just drove me up a wall.

He said that he did not approve of THE PASSION movie, because they had a sinner play Jeasuse. Now, if somebody here knows of a saint who was old enough, and well qualified, to play him I'll shut up right now. But there is no such thing as a true saint who would be quallified to play Jeasuse.

I just need a hug, a really big hug...

People who dress the way they dress for themselves have my respect. People who dress the way they dress because of how it makes other people percieve them are just... Frustrating.

But really, I think people you be able to do whatever makes you happy, without harassment, as long as you're not harming or yourself or anyone else.

I recently saw a list a church had published; 'Signs Your Child Might Be Goth.' Apparently, if they fit more than five signs, they're goth and you need to 'intervene,' which is silly enough on its own, but I don't see how any of the things on this list make someone a goth, or anything else, for that matter, other than normal. If this list was used as a guide, every single person I've met in my life is a goth. I fit about eighteen (I use the Internet! I enjoy spending time with friends without parents present! I watch non-religious TV! I 'show interest in piercings-' I LOVE my earrings!) of these.

I mean, one of these signs was 'Owns band shirts.' I have a Nickel Creek shirt. Now, Nickel Creek are the least goth band I can think of, but since the church said so... I guess I'm doomed.
