Tilhat is a lovely island, set off the coast of Somewhere. The weather here has the curious trick of always being sometime in late August at seven in the evening, when the miniture golf parks close and when the nice restaurants open.
Only half of the island is actually called Tilhat. The other half isn't called anything, because the native inhabitents and the lemurs voted that way. That half of the island is usually more like early June, and the sea there is always cold and good for giant-squid fishing.
Tilhat and it's other half are the only known lemur sanctuary in the BWE. Anyone harassing the lemurs will get duly paddled and set home without cookies.

*TEO runs into the Lemur Sanctuary Hall and returns a few minutes later with a large wire cave. She puts Skiv inside and sets it in the water.*
