*In the party room in the Underlands, the Evil Overlordess is hanging up crepe paper in varying colors. It looks a little silly, as the party room is so bloody big. It's like hanging up toothfloss in the Batcave.*
*The Evil Overlordess contrives to get herself tangled in a cocoon of masking tape, crepe paper, and ribbon.*
"Werr, this decorating lark is harder than I thought it would be... but it's for Skivkah, so I guess it's worth it. She could sic the marmots on me if I didn't."
*TEO wriggles out of her papery prison and hops off to the kitchen to check on the cake that baking in the oven-- viz, that it has not been eaten by pigeons.*

Well my pigeons and i are preparing Skiv's present.....I wouldn't tell you what it is....but that would ruin the surpise! My beauties! That is quite enough wrapping paper! *coo of exasperation*

*Whips cake out of the oven and applies frosting with stylez.*
*Randomly jabs candles into the top layer of the cake and lights them with the Spoon of Fire. They melt quickly and TEO replaces them. She repeats the process several times, and soon part of the cake is covered in a puddle of melted wax and sugar.*
"Looks good to me!"
*Wheels the cake out into the Party Room, trying-- well, almost-- to not run over wings, talons, and toes.*
